Ford Motor Company veteran manager takes over manufacturing operations at Guardian |

Allen Tant started his management career with Ford Motor Company in 1988 as a Superintendent of material handling.
When he retired in 2007 he was the succesful director of their 102,000 sq. ft 3.0 liter engine assembly plant in Lima , Ohio. There he led the successful implementation of lean manufacturing and utilized Six Sigma to resolve numerous quality and productivity issues.
He has a Masters Degree in Industrial Management from Central Michigan University. We welcome Allen as our Manufacturing Manager, and are very excited about his plans to continue to improve productivity, quality and cost performance at Guardian through the implementation of lean manufacturing tools.
