Guardian's modern manufacturing facility is configured to serve our customers quickly and efficiently. 

Guardian managers and technicians have completed an industry leading number of remounts and our processes and procedures have been tested and perfected.  Guardian's Lean manufacturing facility features an efficient six stage production process.  The vehicle assembly and factory floor are configured in cells that reflect our proven six stage process.  Each vehicle is processed through the factory according to the following general description. 

1.      Inspection, dismount, disassembly and new chassis preparation

2.      Paint prep, paint and flooring

3.      Mount module on new chassis, and installation of exterior trim

4.      Installation of exterior doors, lights, HVAC and interior trim

5.      Installation of switch panels, cab console and upholstery

6.      Component testing, inspection, road testing, detailing, and delivery
